One very important aspect that should be fairly simple to implement is patient auditing - or better, control over - their health information. We've got Microsoft's HealthVault (http://www.healthvault.com/Personal/index.html) for a start, and while it's just one piece of the health information puzzle, it's an important one. I'm looking forward to seeing where we end up in a few years!
